How to create an account.

In order to view and monitor your irrigation water usage during the water season, a web account must be created. Web accounts will only be created for rotation managers and landowners. Complete the appropriate fillable PDF form below, then print, and provide a copy of your photo I.D. used to match signatures only. An email will follow with your username and password. If you are unsure that you are part of a rotation, please call us at 208-344-1141.

Rotation

The Boise Project will create an account to the person who orders water for their respective rotation, that person is usually the rotation manager.The link below will start the application process, please complete the fillable PDF application, print and attach a copy of your photo I.D.

Landowner

A landowner may create an account for the property you own along with any properties you rent for the water season. A Combination of Serials form must also be completed if you are renting land. A copy of your photo I.D. must be provided at the time of submitting the application.

Combination of Serials

The Combination of Serial Numbers is essential to be completed at the beginning of the water season. You will be able to monitor water usage for your owned and rented lands throughout the water season.
